What data we process
This site has no user accounts and does not store data on its servers. The contact form opens your email program with a pre-written message. We only receive the data if you decide to send it:
- Name, email address and, if you provide them, company and phone number.
- The topics you're interested in and the content of your message.
The same applies if you write directly to our email address.
What we use it for
- To answer your enquiry.
- To prepare a proposal, a demo or a quote, if you ask for one.
We do not use your data to send you marketing without your consent, and we do not make automated decisions or build profiles with it.
Legal basis
- Your consent, when you send us the message (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Taking pre-contractual steps at your request, such as a proposal or a quote (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
How long we keep it
We keep the data for as long as the conversation lasts and, afterwards, for the time needed to deal with any legal liabilities. If we reach an agreement, it will be kept according to the contract and the applicable legal obligations.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. To manage email we use the services of [email provider], which acts as data processor. [State whether there are international data transfers and under which safeguards]
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hola@borale.dev. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.
If you believe we have not processed your data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies and visit measurement
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If you accept the notice, we measure visits with Umami, hosted by us at stats.bgramaje.es. Umami does not set cookies: it records the page, the referrer, the device type and the country, without storing the IP address or identifying you.
The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer. The details are in the cookie policy.
